Mullein Leaf

Mullein Leaf is mostly for the treatment of respiratory ailments such as coughs, hoarseness, colds, earaches, flu symptoms, allergies, and sore throat. Mullein can also be used topically to soothe wounds, burns and irritated skin

How to use:

1 cup of water over 1-2 tsp of Mullein Leaf, steep for 10-15mins before drinking. Add honey or agave. Drink tea 3-4 times a day.
